3/4 cup butter
1 full package of milk chocolate or dark chocolate (150g)
1 ¾ cup brown sugar
4 medium-large eggs
2 tsps. Vanilla or 1 pkg. Vanilla Sugar
1 ½ cups 405g flour
Optional-1 cup of chopped nuts
First grease a 20×30 cm glass dish and preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. In a medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate on a low heat. Remove from the heat and add sugar, eggs, vanilla or vanilla sugar and stir by hand lightly until just blended and the eggs are combined. Add flour and nuts, if desired. Bake for 35 minutes. Check to see if the middle is done. It might require another 5-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on wire rack. Cut, serve and enjoy! Also good with fresh whipped cream on the top.
